This site is devoted to the observation and the interaction with the Lebanese society.

It gathers a selection of texts prepared by Charbel Nahas in the course of his professional career, his research and his attempts to act on public matters.

The questions of concern are tackled from various angles and the material is grouped under four titles :

Some texts are mainly documentary others are more analytical or theoretical, others propose actions or policies and finally some go beyond the Lebanese framework towards the regional environment or some general questions.
